The Role As an E-commerce Specialist at Alpha-H, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce and ready to make a meaningful impact on our brand's success. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Support: Assist the Growth Manager in crafting and executing innovative e-commerce strategies for our D2C channel. Campaign Monitoring: Analyze and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram to maximize performance and ROI. Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer preferences that will shape our strategic direction. Website Management: Help maintain and enhance the Alpha-H e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate and compelling. Content Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and boosts conversions. Performance Analysis: Analyze website analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and customer engagement. User Experience Enhancement: Manage customer journey touchpoints to enrich the user experience and elevate sales metrics. You’d Be a Fit If You Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Have previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome). Are familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), which is a plus. Possess a basic understanding of paid media analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager). Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
